Reality Testing
Reality Testing focuses on the ability to see things as they actually exist rather than they may appear. This consists of recognizing when emotions or personal bias can cause one to be less objective.
In my reality testing assessment, I found out that I generally accept statements and take them into account in an objective way. Though, I always believe that I need evidence to back up the feedback or that said-statement. From an experience, I am able to recognize biased opinions and question situations that seem suspicious from people that present subjective facts, lacking truth.
Myself, I tend to accept realistic arguments and facts as they are to avoid living in a delusional world. I would rather to have an accurate assessment of where and what I am doing. Rather than facing reality and are not given over to fantasy or fears.

Problem Solving
There is no doubt that all of us need to make decision in many situations and accordingly we make either quick decisions or deliberate ones. Also, to understand how emotions impact decision making and can make huge difference to our lives.
My logical thinking has continuously helped me when it comes to problem solving. Also, it gets improved when I learnt how to control my emotions in certain circumstances. I started to have alternative plan in any situation in order to avoid errors and negative consequences.
This result was due to my career challenges and experience faced. In fact, I learned how to avoid problems as much as possible. For example, when I work with a team in a project there can be a lot of chances in problems arising from.
When I face these situations; I would take an initiative to solve the problem in a convenient way. Otherwise, I would seek a trusted friend advice and help so I avoid wrong decision.

Impulse Control
Impulse Control is the ability to think before taking action and I consider myself good at controlling my impulse. Usually, I give myself time to think before saying something, or respond to someone. Thank god I am not a quick-tempered either impatient and the impulse control found naturally to me. I believe I am this way due to the experience learnt out of my personal and professional time.
Still, there are situations that require me to react and respond fast. Sometimes I regret the actions I take by being impulsive. For instance, when a person argues with me when I am intense and tired, I react with anger. I noticed this a few times already, leading me to work on improving this area of impulse control.
