Flexibility
Flexible people are agile, synergistic and capable of reacting to change, without rigidity. These people are able to change their minds when evidence suggests that they are mistaken. They are generally open to and tolerant of different ideas, orientations, ways, and practices.
I consider myself as a very flexible person. I have trained myself to adapt to changes over years. When I started my career, I used to fear changes and new roles. This has affected my mental health greatly and my comfort zone, but not anymore!
I learned to find other ways to adapt to changes while still enjoying the presence of my comfort zone. Moreover, I can tolerate different views and opinions as well. For example, if I was proven to be wrong or received a feedback, I will accept it and improve it accordingly.
Overall, I am able to work in a place where new challenges appear and at the same time find places with flexible situations where I can easy go with.

Stress Tolerance
Many jobs need people who can work well and stay positive in a stressful work environment. Talking about myself, under stressful situations I thrive and produce perfectly under the pressure. However, I can get stressed quite easily, and for different reasons. Though, I don’t let this affect the quality of the work I am doing.
Some of the things that stress me out a lot; is managing my time. This is a problem that I face constantly in my life. When it comes to college work and meeting deadlines, I get stressed out and become anxious easily.
As a result, I had developed many tactics to solve this problem and evidently reduce my stress. Some of these tactics is making a list of priorities, taking breaks during work, or have a nice cup of coffee with a colleague.

Optimism
I am an ambitious person, whose attitude on life is of absolute optimism to maintain a healthy mind. At some point in my life, I noticed when I am around people who constantly point-out the negatives in every situation. They were very pessimist, and this has affected me greatly. As a result, I had to keep them away from my life.
This has taught me the concept of optimism and its effect on people. That is one of the reasons why I took it upon myself to try and point-out the positive side of things to everyone around me.
I started to find thing’s that will help me be positive, building up encouragement, changing my thoughts by developing good habits, surrounding myself with positive people, and being spiritual.
